December challenge

and 25 days and counting til all the seasonal cheer flows freely but for now here is our last challenge for 2016 and will run until 1st Feb - my tireless working DT deserve a long break.  There will be a change come the new year - the teams will be merging into one so one challenge a month come 2017.
