New week, new challenge........

Hello everyone, Laurian here and this week I chose the theme for the challenge from the Pink Team!

Did you see all those fabulous creations from the Purple Team last week and what gorgeous entries, you are such a talented bunch I feel honoured to be amongst you!

This week is my birthday and I am definitely getting older! I know I’m getting older because my baby boy is talking about what he’s going to do when he retires! I’m not quite ancient yet (although I do feel it sometimes!) but even with forward planning and all that when your kids start to talk about what they will do when they retire – you are getting old.....but I’m still working and trying to hold back the years, lol!

So with that thought I would like to see your projects for

An Oldies Birthday!

I hope all you UK crafters are having a wonderful Bank Holiday and I’m sure a lot of you are now counting the days until school starts again, but try and find some craft time and join us in this challenge which I will call a celebration of my Birthday!

Here's our inspiration for you

Another week, another challenge....

Hi everyone, Jacki here for team purple, yep it's our turn again to set your challenge but before I do that I would like to on behalf of the pinkies thank you to everyone who took the time to join in with them last week

So onto this weeks challenge and my theme is

IN THE DECK

and for this challenge I want you to use playing cards in your creations. The reason being is I love how versatile we crafters are  in using different things and playing cards are great to incorporate. Now you can use the as your main image embellishment papers what ever I just want to see playing cards of some sort on your projects.
I do hope you take me up on this challenge and for some inspitation here are the DT creations for you

Pink Team's turn.....................

My where is the time going? The weeks are flying by and pretty soon we will have been up and running for a year - October.  For our first anniversary there will be a gigantic giveaway.  There will be more details about it soon so keep your eye out - NOT TO BE MISSED!

Last week there were not many entries but nonetheless they were fantabulous.  Well it is holiday season and with this glorious weather everyone is out enjoying it - too rightly so.

Anyway onto this weeks challenge.  The theme this week is

ART DECO.

So come on join in the fun with this fab challenge.  Don't forget you can make anything you like as long as it fits the theme.

Here is our inspiration for you - Bootiful!

Time for another challenge ..........

Hello Everyone!
Trisha here from the "Purples".
We had a lot of wonderful entries last week and I am sure the choices are hard for deciding on winners. Be sure to check back in a few days for the winners list.

In the meantime, I am happy to bring you our new challenge.
Yep, the start of school is just around the corner for a lot of us. So, why not have a school theme this week? You can make anything you like as long as it is

For a Teacher

Now, we do acknowlege there are all kinds of teachers. We have our regular classroom teachers but we also have music teachers, ballet teachers, martial arts teachers, foreign language teachers...the list goes on.

We want to see how creative you can be with this theme. Many of us bring treats or other little surprises on the first day of school and even throughout the year so this shouldn't be too hard. Think outside the box.

Just in case you are having a little difficulty in thinking of something, take a look at our Eclectic Ellapu Design Team inspirations. That should get those creative mojos going!
Can't wait to see what you all come up with.
Happy Crafting!
Trisha

At our school the mascot is the Mighty Mustangs so I thought this would be cute for any teacher's desk!
